DPI settings differences cause unreadable notes

When sending a note via e-mail or saving it in compiled HTML format, the
system stores positions of items on the note in inches. This is regardless of
the measurement units chosen in OneNote options.

The inches correspond to the DPI setting used on your system. When sending
the note to another user with a different DPI setting they see something
embarrassingly garbled and unreadable. Basically, OneNote saves positions in
inches and dimensions in pixels. That's kind of like formatting documents in
pinky-lengths.

Is any one else aware of this problem or able to suggest a workaround? Notes
really can't be shared as it is, unless you gamble on the recipient having
the same DPI you do.

Can a representative for Microsoft confirm this as a bug?
