Dr Watson error in excel.exe

Hi,

After having opened and worked in an Excel file (whatever file), I've got
very often the following error message :
Cr - Watson for Windows NT - "An application error has occured - ... -
Excel.exe Exception access violation (0xc0000005) Address..."
I'm working on NT 4 SP 6 with excel 2000.
In the Drwtsn32.log, I've got the follwoing errors (I don't know how to
analyze them).
