Dr. Watson error on File Save

I created a document in MS Word 97 running on Windows NT 4.0. I
contains text, tables, and 10 jpg images. The file size is 14 MB.
successfully opened, modified, and saved this document many times.
can still open and modify the document, but now when I try to save th
changes, the document and Word close and I get the following log fro
Dr. Watson:

The application, WinWord.dbg, generated an application error The erro
occurred on 3/31/2004 @ 9:52: 9.660 The exception generated wa
c0000005 at address 3079f126 (MsoFLoadPropName)

Any suggestions for a fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
