Recently upgraded to Office 2003 in corportate environment. I have a user who
reports that when he opens a new message form, it defaults to Draft font
(Draft font is checked on the View menu). He can deselect it via View--Draft
font. He is using Outlook as the mail program, not Word and it's running on
Win2K.
I have searched the KB and can't find any reference to this feature in
Outlook 2003. Why is Draft font checked permanently and is there a way to
permanently deselect this feature?
Thanks.
