draft message includes a 'From" field

When I start a new message, there is a 'From' field above the 'To' and 'CC'
fields etc.

How do I remove this field? I didn't knowingly add it.

What version of Outlook.

Prior to 2007, in the new message window, View - From.

In 2007, Options tab, Show From should be unselected.

If you're using OL2007, open a new message, go to the Options tab of the
ribbon and unselect "Show From". In OL2003, open a new message, click the
down arrow in the Options button and uncheck "From"
