One of my users lost their “Drafts†folder icon from the left window pane in
Outlook 2007 but the information is still there because I can see there are
draft emails in this folder if I go to Outlook Today. I can also access the
drafts by clicking on the “drafts†link on the right of the Outlook Today
window. The problem is that the “Drafts†folder icon is not appearing on the
left window pane under “All Foldersâ€. I tried starting Outlook with the
/resetfolders and /resetnavpane to resolve this issue but the problem
remains. The drafts folder icon is also missing from OWA. How can I restore
this icon?
