Drag a gantt bar into the future and automatically update meetings

I would like to allow a user to drag a gantt bar into the future and
automatically update meetings' contraints, to within their newly updated
phase time frame.

If manually, Project lets you do this already.

Hi,

You will need VBA programming for that as indeed, constraints don't move
automatically with other tasks. Even then it is not obvious to record the
time you dragged a bar - you will have to record one of the baselines almost
continuously to record the times before the drag, somehow indicating to
which task the meetings should react..
