Drag and Drop a file in an OLE as an Icon

I have my OLE Object DisplayType set to Icon, but whenever I Drag and Drop a
file it always changes to content. It works fine if I follow the Insert
Object route but I am hoping I am just doing something wrong and it can work
by Drag and Drop.

Any help on that one?
