Drag and drop graphics don't work

I can't move my graphics by using drag-and-drop in Word 2003. Is there
something wrong, or has Microsoft made a change? If so, I'm not happy about
it!

It sounds like your picture is set at "In Line with text". Click on your
graphic, then select Format > Picture and on the Layout tab see if it is In
line with text. You can't drag a picture that is formatted this way. Change
it to another layout.
