Drag and drop not working on OWC 10

The Drag and drop is not working on a users desktop running OWC 10, Windows
XP pro SP1. The error is:

The Query could not be processed: Query Canceled. Press F9 to restart and
display data.

The user can see data using double-click etc. Please advise.

the same problem occur for myself.. if u got solution for this problem.. can
u pls share with me ..
