There is a minor bug in Outlook 2003 (and maybe earlier versions) when using
the drag and drop of an email to a folder in Explorer. When you try to copy
an email from Outlook to a file folder and the "Subject" line exceeds 255
characters in length, the drag and drop fails. This is because it cannot
create a filename for the email with such a long name. The operating system
and Outlook do not report an error when this happens, it just ignores the
drag and drop action.
