drag and drop reorder of note pages and subpages within onenote

At the moment the note pages are in the create order, but it would be useful
to be allowed drag and drop reordering of pages and subpages

I found the correct hellp page under move page - but found the instructions
more difficult than the page mentions.

You must ensure the page tab is selected and the note has a blue outline
around it then you can drag and drop it to the order you desire.
