drag-and-drop

I am sure I am missing an obvious setting
under "Options", but for some reason, I can no longer
move messages from one folder to another using drag-and-
drop. When I try, the cursor tuns into a cirlce with a
line through it. I can still right click on the message
and click on "Move to Folder" to move the message.

I think the setting is under the edit tab. Good luck.
