drag and select

In Word 2003 you could open the drawing toolbar - then you could click and
drag across multiple drawing objects to select them, how do you do that in
Word 2007?

The Select Objects tool is on the far right end of the Home tab in Word 2007
(on a menu labeled Select).

I would never have noticed it, either, if someone else hadn't pointed it
out. It's just not something I expected to see on the Home tab.
