When attempting to drag and drop files in either Excel or Word dialog boxes,
nothing happens. This is a sudden onset. The feature was previously
working. The feature "switch" has not been turned "off", either. I can d&d
mail from my inbox to folders, etc. It's during dialogs like "save as"
"open", in Word and Excel that the problem rears its head. All seems well in
the Windows shell, too.
