Drag & Drop Problem

Hi,

I have Visio 2002 with SP2 and the latest Security Update(s) installed and
am having a problem. When I try to drag and drop a stencil onto the page
nothing happens! No error appears and nothing actually goes onto the page.
Currently, the only way I can get a stencil onto the page is to copy and
paste it!!

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
