dragging a shape from an org chart done in visio 2002 to visio 200

I'm trying to dray a shape in a org chart that was first done in the version
2002 into a new document in 2003. When I drag it over a box it doesn't
connect. What am I doing wrong.

Thanks for anyone help :)
