Dragging+dropping comments?

Is there any way of moving a comment from one cell to another nearby?
Ideally something like dragging and dropping. I use Office 2004.

I'm launched into an excel data base whose final patterns are evolving
as I go along, and it would be nice to find a quicker way than
- select cell with comment attached
- select 'Edit comment'
- select all text by shift+arrow
- command-C
- select cell to have a new comment added to it
- select 'Insert comment'
- command-V
- select first cell again
- select 'Delete comment'

Phew! All suggestions gratefully received.

Sorry, but that's about the only alternative short of macros or Applescript.

Perhaps a bit quicker -

Just Copy the commented cell then use Control/Right-Click [or Edit]> Paste
Special - Comment in the new location. Control/Right-Click the original
cell, choose Delete Comment.

In 2004 you can probably do at least the Paste Special phase with a macro or
possibly automate the whole thing.
