Dragging page with cursor like in Photoshop

It's tedious to use the scrollbars to move around the page, esp. if I'm
working in 11x17. Implement a shortcut command similar to Photoshop where
holding down the spacebar allows the user to drag the entire work area with
their mouse. You know, like what you can do with Google maps.

Visio has a "must have" set of pan/zoom shortcuts. Once you have these down,
then moving around Visio is as natural as in Photoshop.

Here's the list:

Ctrl + Shift + Left Mouse Button Click = Zoom in (2x)
Ctrl + Shift + Right Mouse Button Click = Zoom out (2x)

Ctrl + Shift + Left Mouse Button Drag = Net-zoom (zoom to fit dragged
rectangle)
Ctrl + Shift + Right Mouse Button Drag = Pan page (the Hand = spacebar in
Adobe)
