draw bubble inside picture

Hey guys,

I have a screenshot on a word 2007 doc. I would like to put a circle around
a a section inside it to highlight something and I just can not figure out
how. I think I used to use drawing tools in previous versions of Word but
can not get it to work in Word 2007.

In Word 2007 go to the Insert Tab, select Shapes from the illustrations
Group & pick the tool you want to use, format as desired.

If this isn't working for you you'll need to be much more descriptive -
"cannot get it to work" tells absolutely nothing that would enable anyone to
help you out.
