What do you want to use it for?
You can set the leader for a tab stop so that it displays a row of dots
You can selectively apply a dotted border to the appropriate border of a
table cell.
Or, using the Drawing Toolbar, you can draw a line, then while it is
selected select Borders and Shading or Autoshape from the Format menu and
modify the line to the type that you require.
