Drawing a ball?

Hello

I am writing to ask if it is possible to draw a ball (spherical) in Word. I
would need to be able to render it in 3D (with appropriate shading/lighting).

I have tried to do it already in the Word version I have (2000), but I can
only manage to come up with a coin type of drawing, which is not really what
I was after.

No offense, Steve, but if you want to _draw_ I'd suggest you use a program
developed for the purpose - especially if you want 3D capability. Save your
artwork as a graphic file then insert it into your doc(s). A *word*
processing program is one of the least likely choices. The "drawing tools"
in Word are provided as a convenience. Although you can do some useful
things with them they are seriously limited as to what they can do.

If Word has the same drawing tools as Publisher, insert, object, scroll down to
Microsoft Draw 98 drawing. There are 3D tools available. Shadow tools too.
