Drawing and wordart

I just up graded to Frontpage 2002 from 2000 everything
works but the drawing tools and wordart is greyed so
nothing happens when I click on them. Does anyone know how
to install them? If I go ro reinstall their are no dialog
boex that contain any thing like drawing or wordart.
