Win XP Pro, Word 2002.
I use Word to produce layout sketches. Sometimes I work in fine detail -
zoomed up 300-400%+. What's frustrating me is how the screen jumps to centre
whenever I'm trying to manipulate or copy/paste images in the Drawing Canvas.
Just incase I haven't described this accurately here's an example: Say I'm
working on a drawing at 300% zoom. I want to work on some part of the drawing
in the top right corner, so I scroll over and up. Now I click to select a
small item in the image to move it a little. As soon as I click on the item
the page view jumps to the horizontal centre of the drawing canvas. Grrr! I
then have to scroll back over again before I can continue working with the
selected item.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way of turning this "feature" off?
All help appreciated
Best regards
Chris
