Drawing Centers itself

Using Visio 2002. when drawing a wall and then zoom in to 200-400% for more
detail placement, the horizontal or vertical wall centers itself on my
screen working area. Is there a setting to prevent this?

menu Tools -> Options -> General -> Center selection on zoom
