Drawing Control-document always disabled (drag/drop doesn't work)

I'm using the Drawing Control-ActiveX in my application. On startup I'm
setting the Enabled-property of the Drawing Control to "True", that I can
drag and drop some shapes on it. But this doesn't work and I also can't move
any shapes of documents, which I created with Visio 2003. The
Readonly-property of the Drawing Control-document is also 0, so whats wrong
with it? Why can't I modify any loaded document?

Does noone have any idea what could be the reason for my problems?
I figured out, that exactly the same application, in which I use drawing
control, works fine on the PC of my colleague from work. We can drag and drop
shapes on the document and move them around like normal.
So PLEASE, try to help me, the thing has got to work!
