Drawing Lines in Org Chart

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I've created a simple Organisation Chart in Word. There are 2 Directors on the top which are both in charge of staff under them. The Chart will not display thiis and I am not able to manually draw in the lines.

Can anybody tell me how to do this?
