Drawing my own bullets

Is there a way to use a piece of artwork to serve as a bullet. My
organization wants to use a graphic that resembles a torch to be used
as a bullet.

I know Word can do this, but it resizes the bullet to a standard bullet
size. Is there someway to have the bullet size become larger without
increasing the size of a line of text?

Increase the font size of the bullet.
