In Excel there is a handy feature for drawing objects
that allows you to disable printing of that object (you
go to the object properties and uncheck the "Print
Object" box).
Word seems to have forgotten this key feature, and the
only way I see to disable the printing of drawing objects
is a global Word setting in the Tools | Options dialog.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to disable the
printing of a single drawing object in Word?
It seems silly that the Word programmers could miss
something so obvious...so I am guessing that I am missing
this! BTW, I am using Word XP.
