Drawing Objects Won't Print

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

When I print a word document with lines, shapes or tables in it, those objects don't show up when I have an envelope inserted in the document. They do show up when there is no envelope. What is the problem and how do I solve it? I have Office for Mac 2008. My printer is an HP Laserjet 1012.

I'm tearing out my hair with a massive document that won't print a couple of pages with complex text boxes and inserted graphics. The day before sending a 100+ page document to our Board is a bad time to discover this issue.

The message I just sent with the PNG Graphic should be similar in Office
2004 or 2008. There may be some additional items in 2008.

I do not know what your issue is: the post you responded to did not make it
out onto the server where we work.

However, if it IS a "Layer" problem, "Group" the objects. That places them
all on the same layer. It may cure the issue.

The Group control is on the Drawing toolbar. See " Group, arrange, or
distribute objects" in the Help.
