Drawing Problem

When I try to insert an arrow or shape nothing comes up on the document. It
won't allow me to edit existing arrows in a document either.

Are you in Normal View or Print Layout view?

Are your existing arrows grouped with other objects? If so, ungroup to see
if you can then edit
