Drawing shapes moving around when scrolling

Using OfficeXP, Excel 2002, Service Pack 3
Drawing shapes (i.e. text boxes, lines) move around the document if I scroll
up, down, right or left and then back to where the shape is at, the shape has
moved, scroll again and back and the shape has moved again. The shape isn't
actually moving, if you print preview or print out or save, the shape is
where it's supposed to be, it's just a visual effect due to scrolling.

Not sure if this is the issue, look for the Hotfix at the foot of the page
