Drawing Straight Line with Pen During Slide Show

J

I bought a new laptop that came with Vista and Office 2007 loaded. When
giving a presentation with PP I like to use the pen to draw on the skide
DURING the skide show.

In the old version of PowerPoint you could draw a straightline with the pen
by hoolding down the SHIFT key or the SHIFT + CRTL (can't remember which).

But neither solution works with PP 2007.

How do I draw a straight line with my pen during a slide show when I am
maling up the slides in front of my audience?

Thanks,

JM

Sorry for the bad typing. But I need helping drawing a straightline with the
pen during an actual slide show. I know how to create a straightline on a
slide that I am creating. But once the slide show is being presented, how do
I use the "felt tip pen" to draw a straightline.

I can't believe that MSFT removed this functionality from PP 2007 when it
was included in PP 2003.

But I can't seem to figure it out.

John,

Thanks for the reply. If you are 100% sure that would be a relief... at
least I could stop looking. I just couldn't believe that an upgrade would
remove useful features.

So I have been searching madly for a month now. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Works in older versions such as PowerPoint 2000 and XP. Unfortunately, it has
been removed in PowerPoint 2003 and later versions.
