am trying to create a logo 3 " x 1.5". should i make this recangle with
lines, or use the auto shapes. want to put a pyramid on the right (think i
can get this), and on the left a funnel shape with smaller dimension towards
left edge (think i can do this by lines).
what is the easiest way to put text in this drawing, at selected locations.
can i also put text in a slanting path rather than straight? does the canvas
play a role here?

thanks a lot

Hi aamir,

There is no 'best' way - while some ways might be better than others for some purposes, it all comes down to what you prefer. Some
experimentation is recommended. You can add text to many of Word's autoshapes, but not lines. WordArt gives more possibilities,
including text on an incline.

Cheers
