Drawing Toolbar in Word 2008

Those controls are not included in the Drawing Toolbar's default
configuration but they can be added by customizing the bar. However, those
features are already in the Formatting Palette of the Toolbox and Grouping
is also available in the contextual menu when you Control/Right-Click
multiple selected shapes.
