Drawing toolbar

I have Word 2000 professional. I am taking a class and one of the instructions is to open the Diagram Gallery dialog box by clicking the Insert Diagram or Organization Chart button on the Drawing toolbar. I do not have this buttom on my drawing toolbar, am I missing something?

say. These were new features in Word 2002 if I'm understanding the
instructions correctly.
