Drawing visio shapes from Excel data

How can I draw a shape, say a rectangle, as specified by its " x-y
coordinates", width and height from data in an Excel spreadsheet, AND create
a dynamic link. Meaning that if the numbers change in the Excel, then the
diagram in the Visio changes accordingly.

I am using 2007 MS Office.

Or, what drawing software can be linked to Excel for the above purpose?
