drawn lines displayed in PPT2002 not shown in PPT2003

I have created a set of slides in Powerpoint2002 with many lines in various
colors representing network schematics.
At least 2 of the lines are apparently not displayed when the file is opened
using Powerpoint2003.
I compared the lines in question with other lines. The lines show in Format
AutoShape a grayed out Arrows section. Means I cannot add any arrow shapes to
these lines.
Other than this I did not find any difference.

4 questions:
What exactly causes the problem?

Is there an easy way to find all lines in the presentation which have the
same format characteristics like the two lines in question?

How can I remedy the problem and avoid such a problem in the future?

Is it a problem with my way of drawing the lines or is there a problem with
the Powerpoint2003 installations?

Many thanks for your help!

Now that you have detected the two invisible lines: any idea how I can search
all 20 or so slides that I have in the presentation for similar ones ? There
is a function in MS Word which allows you to search for formats. I guess this
does not exist in Powerpoint, right? And how do I convert these odd lines to
something which is visible in 2003?
