Driver Conflict

Recently, I installed a new printer. The problem arise when i closed Word
application because it appear a message of conflict with the default printer.
The message teels me that I have to make the new printer as the default
printer, but even that I put it as default the message appears.

What printer, which version of Office and OS? When you installed the printer
did you choose the option to make it the default?
