Drop blank spaces at the end of a field

I have created an append query to export some information out of our
inventory software into an Access database. When the query runs, it brings
in the blank spaces at the end of each field.

Is there a way to tell the query to only bring in the data (and any spaces
between words)?

The inventory system uses Pervasive SQL .
