Drop done menu in text box

Hi

I want to have a text box with a drop down menu of a list I have created, I know its possible but cannot work out how to do it.
Any help would be appreciated

Sorry, but you can't insert a Drop-Down Form Field in a Text Box. You can
put one in a Table cell or a Frame, or directly in the body but you have to
Protect the document for Forms in order for the field to work.
