Drop-Down Box Entry

Using Word 2003
I want to create a drop-down box on a form. It will only have two options,
but I don't want the drop-down to default to any of the options. The user may
forget to choose one. I would really like it to display "Please Choose From
the List" as a default. I cannot figure out a way to do this. I don't want to
add "Please Choose From the List" to one of the options, then it will be one
of the entries when the user opens the drop-down. Is there any way around
this?
Thanks, Karen

No, that's really the only possibility, using form fields. But if you can have
macros, you could use a macro to do something with the fact that they haven't
made a different selection, such as return them to the dropdown, or refuse to
print or save or something.

Thanks Cindy!
I'm having problems with the security levels at work. This is why I cannot
get the macro to work.
