drop down boxes - forms

I am creating forms in word with drop down boxes. The
problem I am having is when another person opens the
document I created and tries to use the drop down boxes
they are not working correctly. The options can only be
selected once and cannot be changed.

Office 98, 2000 and 2002 are being used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which toolbar was used to create the forms? Is this
happening with only one other person, or everyone who tries
to use your form?
