Drop down categories in Excel

How do you creat a drop down list of data or categories that you can select
from in Ecell? Example: I have a form in excell named "Course Category" under
it is a list of my couses that I manually had to type. Is there I way I can
link to another form and choose between categories?

YOu can use data validation to create dropdown lists. There are
