I created a Word 2007 document with drop down fields having 4 numbers as drop
down items. The document was form-filling protected and saved. The
document was emailed through Outlook to another user. The user is unable to
reselect the first drop down item after selecting another item from the list.
They are able to select different drop down items but not the first one.
The user has identical version of Word and Outlook. The form field works
fine for me and several others. Any ideas why this user can't reselect the
first item in the drop down list?
