drop down list/boxes

I am trying to create a drop down list/box in word to
select from a list of choices. Anyway, I can get the box
created and the info entered and when I finish I do not
get the down arrow to select. Please Help.

dbl click on the box, another info box should pop up.
You must enter the information. Select the order in
which you want it to appear.
