drop down list data

I have created a drop down list for a spreadsheet and I
want to populate the list with data from a series in
another page on the same spreadsheet but I'm having
trouble with where to add the data. Can anyone help
please?

Rod,

Just to be different to the other reply post, I am assuming the drop-down
you have created is a combo-box from the Forms toolbar. If this is the
case, then right click on the drop-down, and select Format Control. Once
there, click on the Control tab, and there is an item called Input Range.
In here you can specify the range from the other sheet.
