We have created a drop down list in MS Word 2000 and it's
limited to 25 items. Is there a way to expand this?
Thanks, Kim

I think the best way is to create a table in access and
then merge it into word. I access the dropdown can be as
long as you want it to be. Access, strt database(new)
table from table design, use type combobox and start
putting data.

This problem is documented in the following KB article, with
a proposed alternative:

WD: Combo Box with More Than 25 Items from MS Access
