Drop down list to select which email account sends a message

I am using Outlook 2000. On on PC I have a drop down list on a tool bar that
lets me select which email account sends the message. I cannot get this to
appear on the 2nd computer. Where do I find it?

Also, the 2nd computer is not providing autocompletion suggestions for email
names. I can't find this option on the menu...how can two versions of
Outlook 2000 be so different? The PC's do have different firewall programs
(spamkiillers) so I don't know if that would impact it.

See help, about - are both installs using the same mode? I'm guessing one is
in internet mode (IMO) and one is corporate/workgroup.
