Drop-down list won't populate

I have a form on which several drop-down lists are populated from
SharePoint lists. All of the drop-down lists gets populated fine
except for one. That specific drop-down list works perfectly fine when
I try to Preview Form from the design mode, but as soon as I publish it
to a SharePoint Forms Library, and open the form from there, that list
does not get populated, while all the other ones on the form are fine.

What are some of the possibilities in which a specific drop-down list
gets populated correctly during Preview Form, but stops getting
populated after being published? I thought it might have been a bug in
SP1 Preview, but after installing the final SP1, the problem still
exists.

Please help...this has been driving me crazy for the past week...I see
no difference in the way how this specific drop-downlist gets populated
than the other ones on the page, but this one just refuses to work
after being published.
